Introduction

At TCG RED POCKET LEGACY, we take pride in offering collectible trading card products with the utmost care. Because these items are highly condition-sensitive and collectible in nature, all sales are considered final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your order.


General Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds except in the following rare cases:

  • The wrong item was sent (for example, an incorrect card or product).
  • The product arrived with severe damage not related to courier handling or minor packaging flaws.


Situations Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Buyer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The wrong product was selected during checkout.
  • Minor cosmetic or packaging damage caused during shipping.
  • Damage occurring after the product is received.
  • Opened, used, or altered items.
  • Trading card purchases in general, as all card sales are final.


When a Refund or Return is Possible

If your situation qualifies, the following conditions must be met:

  • You contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • You provide your order number, a clear explanation, and supporting photos/videos.
  • The product is returned in its original, unused condition with complete packaging (if applicable).
  • Depending on the case, resolutions may include:
  • Refund to your original payment method.
  • Replacement item (if available in stock).
  • Partial refund, based on the severity of the issue.


Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved, you are responsible for packaging and sending the product back safely.

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the error was from our side.

A valid tracking number must be provided for verification.


Damaged or Lost Parcels in Transit

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during delivery, especially international shipments.

Customers are encouraged to select insured shipping (where available) and track parcels using the provided tracking number.
